2. Services Offered

Corners of Earth specializes in providing personalized travel planning and related services. All services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at our sole discretion.

3. Booking and Payments

  • Booking Confirmation:A booking is considered confirmed only after receipt of the required deposit and a written confirmation from us.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • A deposit of 20% of the total package cost is required at the time of booking
    • The remaining balance must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the departure date.
  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and other methods as specified on our website.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellation by Client:
    • Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to departure: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
    • Cancellations made between 30-60 days prior to departure: 50% of the total package cost will be refunded.
    • Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure: No refund will be provided.
  • Cancellation by Corners of Earth: In the unlikely event that we must cancel a trip, a full refund will be provided. However, we are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred by clients, such as non-refundable airline tickets.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of personal belongings. Our team is not liable for any costs arising from the lack of adequate travel insurance.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Ensuring that all travel documents, including passports and visas, are valid and up-to-date.
  • Adhering to the laws and regulations of the countries visited.
  • Informing us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions that may affect their travel experience.

7. Limitation of Liability

Corners of Earth acts as an intermediary between clients and various service providers (e.g., hotels, airlines). While we strive to select reputable providers, we are not responsible for any acts, omissions, or errors of these third parties. Our liability is limited to the amount paid to us for the service in question.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
